Manager

Reporting to the General Manager and supervising a staff of between 10-30 individuals, the Manager is responsible for the overall store operations. Managers make decisions that directly affect sales performance. Their goal is to ensure maximum profitability and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Skills you will bring:
  • You have 1 year of experience as a retail, hospitality or sales manager.
  • You LOVE people! Are energized and passionate about your team and building the best spas & salons in the world!
  • You have a fun filled flair in selling and have the ability to teach others in sales and product sell through
  • Proven ability to grow the overall location sales within your last place of employment. You were able to hit projected sales targets resulting in a profitable location
  • You are a fashionable, big picture thinker with self initiative
  • You possess outstanding communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills. You are competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • You are a passionate multitasker with excellent organization and time management skills
  • You have the ability to maintain and handle confidential information with discretion and are competent with progressive discipline
  • You are available and flexible to work nights, weekends, holiday and other special events according to the needs of the business
What you do:
  • Sales/Business Development – building a profitable location. Understanding profit and loss statement and how they affect your business.
  • Floor Management – Effectively lead the floor to achieve operational objectives and sales results through employee coaching and team huddles
  • Staff – Hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, developing & promoting, compensation, and terminating of all staff
  • Guests – Optimizing sales through exceptional guest service and experiences. Seeking out guest feedback and resolving guest challenges in a timely efficient manner.
  • Retail Merchandising/Ordering – Overseeing merchandise operations in the store creating purchase opportunities. Oversee all ordering and inventory
  • Administration – Understanding and maintaining basic administrative systems and their components including our service bookings, sales transactions, cash balancing, scheduling, and payroll.
