Regional Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Manager will build service and sales driven teams all while perfecting operations and administrations. Regional Managers develop other people to become managers or develop others to perfect the influential roles they play in a productive location. All actions taken by Regional Managers should result in profitable profit and loss statements. Regional Managers within the Megahair Family are responsible for multi SPA or SALON locations and must be able to travel within the lower mainland.

You will:
  • Bring 3-5 years experience as a Manager and Supervisor of other management positions (people reporting to you)
  • Play an influential role in the execution of the company’s vision and regional strategies objectives; be motivated and willing to put in the energy needed to build the best spas and salons in the world.
  • Show proven capabilities to manage your locations from a distance; utilize action plans and follow up tactics to enable your teams complete success
  • Demonstrate proven capabilities in sales generation due to your personal skill, training systems and overall approach; Increase revenue weekly and monthly based on yearly comparisons and projected sales goals
  • Have the ability to analyze and interpret financial reports; Participate in developing strategies, forecasts and establishing sales targets
  • Manage and are responsible for the performance of those positions reporting to you; Show the ability to implement programs, coach and train for success, develop people and monitor results
  • Demonstrate proven capabilities in taking an employee from low performance to high performance
  • Demonstrate proven capabilities in launching promotions seeing victorious sell through
  • Plan how to establish and maintain relationships with integral departments within the company gaining their support to meet sales targets.
  • You will develop business plan for each location you manage.
  • Possess excellence in employee documentation and written documents handling all confidential information with the upmost discretion
  • Be a passionate multitasker displaying effective planning, organization and time management skills
  • Have outstanding communication, interpersonal and problem resolving skills
  • Hire and retain top notch talent to assist you and your locations
  • Have excellent operational skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and have a laptop or PC at home
