Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
To be eligible for a exchange,
- your item must be either unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item must be in the original packaging.
-your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Litres, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Hair Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, Appliances, Makeup and Sale items are all FINAL SALE.
Hair Tools & Appliances
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect.
Eccotique provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
Exchange/Return Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, items that were purchased using a credit card will be refunded as a store credit and emailed in form of a gift card. Store credits may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your store credit gift card within 5 business days after the refund date.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
